I am an Assistant Professor of Applied Linguistics in the Faculty of Languages & Translation at King Khalid University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During my undergraduate and graduate education, I have taken more than 70 university courses related to language learning, use, analysis, research and education.

I teach applied linguistics courses at King Khalid University. I have published several research articles on various aspects of applied linguistics. In addition, I have earned numerous awards for academic achievement. My academic interests include language learner beliefs and their impact on education, online language learning, English for specific purposes, multilingualism in Saudi Arabia, and mixed method research in applied linguistics.
